After years of issues which came to a head I finally decided to put my self first and seek treatment for some hip and lower back issues. Lewis and Stacey create a friendly and welcoming environment. Lewis is knowledgeable and explains everything he does well, his passion for what he does shines through in every visit. His holistic approach to care supports lasting changes which make a difference in everyday life. I am currently experiencing perimenopause and Lewis has demonstrated a great understanding of how this is impacting my body which makes you feel heard and not dismissed. The pain and restrictions in my hip and lower back are improving with each treatment but Lewis is also treating other issues he has identified which I had put to the side but most definitely needed work. My shoulders and neck which have helped reduce headaches have been a huge support. And for those AMSR fans the cracks have been impressive! WOW!! I was so nervous about going, but as soon as I arrived, Lewis greeted me and immediately made me feel completely at ease. I've come away with a huge smile on my face, feeling so much lighter, and I can actually move my neck again after just one session! The difference is already incredible.
